Iam taking a permanent position. It means that I have to request toterminate the contract with CXC. I really enjoyed working with CXC. From the start I have had all the usual requirements - tax management, visa applications etc and cxc have handled them with quiet efficiency. Every other firm I have dealt with in the UK, South Africa, and in Australia, agencies and accounting firms alike, have had at least one facet of their customer service lacking , in some cases very badly. In contrast , cxc has come through for me in every area. With Timesheets,Payment and Re-imbursement , cxc has excelled. Many of my colleagues do battle with their accounting firms and Employment agencies on almost a weekly basis. Allison at your associated firm Ambler Collins has been exceptional. Always efficient and friendly , she has made my visa extension as easy as it could possibly be , little extras like a checklist of how to fill in the various visa application forms were provided for me and these made a huge difference. No-one likes filling in forms and that extra help goes a long way towards speeding up the process. Another thing that makes cxc unique is that they keep the client up to date - a lot of firms don’t email or phone their clients when they need to, cxc cannot be accused of that - they often phone ahead of time to warn you - for example , to fax timesheets, to tell you that a visa will be processed next week and you will get your passport back. And these comments are not purely based on personal experience. I have people who work with me who use cxc and I have never heard one complaint. In fact. One French colleague who enjoys complaining about service - its apparently a national pastime, has only good things to say about cxc - in fact he referred me to cxc.
