CXC Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions |

The cXc Rewards Programme enables participants to obtain rewards in the form of goods and services by referring prospective contractors to cXc. Participation in the programme is deemed acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions. EligibilityThe cXc Rewards Programme is open to residents of Australia over the age of 18, except for employees of cXc Pty Ltd (& associated companies) and their immediate families, affiliated companies and advertising/promotion agencies. Current cXc members (contractors) are eligible to participate. How to claim rewardsTo claim rewards you should refer a prospective contractor or contractors to cXc. For each contractor you refer, who signs a contract with cXc for a minimum period of 3 months, you will receive an electronic voucher to the value of $100. Vouchers can be exchanged for goods and services supplied by participating companies as shown on the cXc Rewards Programme website. Submitting referralsReferrals can only be made via the cXc website at http://au.cxcglobal.com/cxc_rewards.php. Follow the instructions on this page. When referring a prospective contractor you must provide a user name and password for security reasons along with your email address. You should supply the full name, email address and daytime telephone number of each person you are referring and you are advised to make a separate record of each referral you submit (for example, by printing a hard copy).
Using the vouchers to redeem rewardsVouchers can be exchanged individually for goods and services or collected to exchange for goods and services to their combined value. Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue.
LiabilityGoods damaged during shipment are not the responsibility of the promoter.
Tax implicationsClaiming certain rewards may have tax implications for individual participants in the programme. Fringe Benefits Tax may be liable on items such as personal computers and travel-related benefits. Before claiming a reward you should seek the advice of an accountant or financial adviser to clarify your tax status. The promoter is not responsible for any FBT liability that may result from participation in the Rewards Programme, or on any rewards offered. |
